Two classes didn’t happen over the weekend

Last weekend, I booked two flexiclasses for mandarin.

Interestingly, both teachers didn’t turn up. One of the classes also had another student who didn’t appear either.

Seems very odd. One of the teachers is highly reliable and I was surprised when she didn’t appear.

Did anyone else have classes without a teacher appearing?.

Yes, we’ve received similar reports from a few other students as well. We recently transitioned to a new video conferencing platform to improve the overall connection quality. However, it seems there are still some bugs in the system.

In particular, a few students using MacBooks have been redirected to the old platform, while teachers were sent to the new one. In some cases, the class link doesn’t appear for students at all.

I must have missed an announcement about moving to the new platform. .
