I know that one. Isn’t it kind of noodle dish originated from north-western part of China‘Biang Biang Noodle’ ? I have been practicing that word. It’s kind of easy tho once you know the characters in that one.

Yes, I agree, it needs some time, 
to write it, but the many parts are all easy chars
or even come in pairs.
