Resource for translating words you hear in English into Mandarin?

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone knew of an app or website that translates spoken Mandarin into English so, for example, if I hear a word in Mandarin on a TV show or in one of my classes, I can speak into the app and have it translate it for me?

You can speak to Google Translate - just click on the little microphone.
