Hi! I purchased a one-off package of 100 classes one month ago, and it was supposed to be avaible for six months. However, all the credits that I haven’t used yet disappeared suddenly this morning. Can someone help me to fix this issue? Thank you very much in advance!

Hello Wei, thanks so much for posting here and welcome to the Flexi Forum. I already fixed this and your 100 credits have now seven months (I added an extra month manually) validity from the day you bought them. Hope all is going well and if you need help with anything else just let me know.
