Italian Idioms I Should Know (Or Useful, Common Catchphrases)

Recently been having fun teaching Italians some useful English idioms such as:

– “I’m on cloud 9”
– “Strike whilst the iron is hot”
– “Costs an arm and a leg”

It’s always nice to learn these kinds of phrases to raise your level and have deeper conversations and connections with natives.

Are there any good Italian idioms that are used daily I should know that I can slip into my conversations?
