I had hot pot when I went to China last year. That’s really hot and spicy. I also went to Tibet. There’s a lot of delicious food there, too. I had a great time in China and I had a great time eating there.
Hotpot is the best in the cold, northern winters of China.
When I lived in 沈阳 hotpot was almost a weekly thing with a big group of us around the table.
