Hey I still need some help with buying a subscription. Is it possible you could delete my account so I can go through the process again or will you be able to see if its my billing details which are the problem?

I just checked and there is no problem with your account in Flexi Classes. I would suggest you can try with another card for payment. If you still have problem with it, please screenshot the error message so that I can investigate further what’s wrong
