Any HGTV lovers out there? This is an episode of a home renovation show and the family speaks shanghainese.

The beginning has a mix of shanghainese/mandarin.

There’s a big chunk in the middle that’s 100% mandarin (the design + construction process).

Around 52min in, the family comes back to see the redesigned place and the shanghainese returns.

Thats very interesting. I actually think that house is not too far from LTL Shanghai.
