Is anyone else having difficulty with the ‘My Credits’ tab? I want to change my payment plan, but when I load the page the content disappears after 1 second. I’ve tried in a couple of different browsers. Wondering if it’s a tech issue that can be sorted? I can’t buy credits or change my payment plan.

Could you please email our Support Team at [email protected] with screenshots of the issue so they can understand exactly what is happening with the credit page? Details such as browser used and device would be helpful as well.

Hi @Andreas_Admin_Flexi, I have a different issue with credits. I usually use recurring subscriptions, however decided to buy a one-off package with longer validity this time as we are going into summer. The credits were credited very quickly to my account, but the validity is 1 month rather than the 6 in the package. Is this just a quirk? Thanks!

Yes that’s on the development list. Currently when you buy a package you get the Credits immediately but the validity is just one month like for a subscription. I go through the list of all packages bought every morning and then manually update them
Not very high tech but it works. Will automise that in the next tech development phase.

Hehe yes very true. It will be some work to automise and we also want to see how the one off packages for credits are received by students before we out all the work into updating the system.

We are currently in the process of updating the software to make it possible to pay is with more payment options and clearly that has lead so some non intended consequences.
I am not sure if it will get fixed on Sunday, but definitely we will have this working by Monday (Singapore time) again).

Somehow it affects the coding part of the countdown as well, which causes too much confusion. Our developer is rushing to fix it and will make sure to get it all done by tomorrow.
I just had ANOTHER issue with the credits page.
I attempted to purchase 50 credits and got a message that my credit card was declined. I re-entered my credit card information and attempted the purchase a second time and got a notice that it was again declined.
Then I logged into my account and found out that BOTH transactions WERE accepted and now I have 100 credits.
I had similar problems three months ago when I was purchasing credits for my summer studies.
We are sorry that this happened. We fixed the problem after you reported it, but it seems due to the new payment option integration, it causes another issue.
I have checked with the bank and confirmed that we haven’t received the two payments made on July 28. It seems that the money hasn’t been deducted from your bank account either. However, the system still added the credits. Our team will investigate this issue, and if we receive the money, we will refund it to you. Please also update us if you see your bank deduct the money.
