My class started 5 minutes ago but there’s no teacher here. What should I do? I’m seeing that other students posted in the forum on this topic as well.

@Eli-Vietnamese-VN_Intro Really sorry for your experience. I’ve checked the system and the teacher did miss the class.
I’ve gave you credits for 2 classes (one as a refund and one extra to make up for your trouble) with an extra month validity. Please check your account and book another class. I will personally make sure this won’t happen again. I also am a Vietnamese teacher on Flexi Classes, maybe I can teach your next class
